We now accept donations in 3 forms:

                                         1. Welcome Kits

                                         2. Select Furniture Donations

                                         3. Select Items as approved by WRD staff (ex: computers, sewing kits, etc.)

Donations of Welcome Kit items should be donated in the form of kits as opposed to individual items. Items within kits should be new or lightly used.

  Welcome Kits

Refugees often flee their homes at a moment’s notice. They arrive at our airport with few belongings, a difficult past and high hopes for the future. Welcome Kits provide the basic household items they need for their new start in a place of safety.

Choose from a wide selection of items from our Amazon wish list and the items will be shipped directly to a new refugee family via our office!

  • Step 1. Click on the kit or kits you’d like to purchase.

  • Step 2. Add each item in the wish list to your cart.

  • Step 3. Check out as usual! When it prompts you for a shipping address, make sure to choose World Relief Durhams's Gift Registry Address to have items shipped directly to our office at 801 Gilbert St. Suite 209 Durham NC 27701

If you would like to assemble welcome kits without purchasing through Amazon you are free to do so. Please use this form to assemble kits and please use the button below to schedule a time to bring in your donation.
