S.E.R.V.E [Serving each refugee and volunteer effectively] Toolkit

This is a compilation of various resources, tools and handouts designed to answer various questions and offer guidance for individual volunteers and Good Neighbor Teams. Volunteers should consult the S.E.R.V.E Toolkit as questions arise; they should use the toolkit as a resource for service.

Additionally, in order to assist volunteers in serving, other resources are provided below:

Volunteer Orientation: Review the powerpoint slides from the volunteer orientation

Orientation Handout: Print and bring this to volunteer orientation to follow the presentation.

Basic Needs Support Form: This form is for tracking donations from volunteers and GNTs who are setting up apartments for incoming refugees.
